Specific Policy in Service Delivery
In accordance with our Housing First model, our services are provided without pre-conditions. Specifically, we do not deny services based on:
- Credit history or financial status unrelated to program eligibility.
- Criminal history unrelated to tenancy.
- Sobriety or participation in treatment programs.
- Immigration or citizenship status.
We provide reasonable accommodations and language access services to ensure individuals with disabilities and limited English proficiency have equal access to our programs.
How to Report Discrimination
BIGA IMPACT takes all allegations of discrimination seriously. If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination by BIGA IMPACT or any of its representatives, we encourage you to report it immediately.
Please contact our designated Compliance Officer with your complaint at help@bigaimpact.org. You will not face retaliation for reporting a concern in good faith.
