Welcome to BIGA IMPACT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BIGA IMPACT website (the “Site”) and any services, features, or content offered by BIGA IMPACT (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the online application for the Adult Reentry Grant (ARG) program.

BIGA IMPACT provides a platform for individuals to apply for rental assistance and reentry support services. We act as an administrator for grant funds and may facilitate connections to other service providers. The services we provide are subject to these Terms.

- Reside in, or be exiting to, one of the California counties we serve.

3. No Guarantee of Assistance
Important: Submitting an application through this Site does not guarantee that you will receive financial assistance. Eligibility for assistance is determined by program guidelines and the availability of funds. BIGA IMPACT reserves the right to deny assistance at its sole discretion.
4. User Responsibilities and Account (If Applicable)
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and truthfulness of all information you provide in your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in the denial of assistance and could be subject to legal penalties.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials if an account is created.
